  • Log in to your account in the Metadata Platform

  • Go to Library > Offers > Add new offer >Landing Page for Lead Generation Campaign

  • Give a significant name to the offer

  • Copy landing and thank you pages url and past into the page URLs fields

  • Click on Retrieve Form Fields

  • All fields available in the visible part of the form will appear (most common the fields are: First Name, Last Name and Email and Company)

  • Map all required visible fields, for example: Select First Name, Last Name and Email from dropdown

  • NOTE: If need to map fields from the hidden part of the form, this will need to be done manually. Click on “Add mapping”

  • Put your cursor in the field you want to map > right click > select Inspect

  • Inspect the field you want to map and look for the ‘id=’ (highlighted below)

  • copy & paste the field ID into the top box (in MD Platform) in the form field mapping > select desired mapping

  • You do not need to map a field that is automatically retrieved but this shows how the added field should be set up and the ‘Name’ of the field should be the ID.

  • Repeat for all the fields that require manual mapping

  • Click ‘Save’

  • You will then see your new Landing Page offer at the top of the list.
